Spring Camp
Next Generation STEMicon Innovators
March 27th-29th, 2024 

Join our One Day Camps to continue learning while schools are closed. We provide a safe, educational environment to keep your child engaged and curious.

A three-day week packed with knowledge, fun, and entertainment, specially designed for girls and boys, 5 to 9 years old.

STEMicon FlexiCamp sessions, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm,  throughout spring break week for Broward.

Your child will:

 

  • Participate in a split-day camp with other children in his/her age group (5-9), doing coding activities in the morning and robotics/engineering challenges in the afternoon.

 

  • Enjoy, every day, 3 or 6 hours of personalized project-based instruction plus 1 or 2 hours of open-ended projects and socializing time. 

 

  • Learn to design, create, and program (code) their own interactive stories, games, and animations.

 

  • Build and program robots using a special platform and a curriculum developed especially for them. 

 

  • Collaborate with small groups with at least one adult instructor for every four children.

 

  • Be Introduced each day to new and exciting STEAM challenges.

2023-2024 

In-Person Programs procedures & precautions

  • Program tuition is due one week before the start of the class to hold your student's space.​​​

  • Campers must provide their lunch - not sharing. (lunch/recess will be outside, weather permitting)

​​

 Safety precautions in place: 

- All attending learners and adults might wear face masks.

- If anyone feels unwell or has a high temperature, they will not be admitted to the program for the safety of all participants and staff.
- The staff will disinfect all the equipment before and after the program.
- There are two hand sanitizer stations available, plus two restrooms.  

                  -  Only registered participants for this event may attend; no tagalongs, please.

  • No pictures are allowed unless they include only your child.​

 

  • Space is limited to 6 learners; early registration is encouraged to satisfy social distancing requirements.

 

​

Credit and refunds for classes canceled only by Bright & Smart will be given.
